Your operating system… Vista, in this case. Has nothing to do with web design/hosting etc.
You can get free hosting from http://www.000webhost.com but if you want to use your own domain name eg, yourprintingcompany.??? You’ll have to pay to register the name. This isn’t expensive 12 GBP or 17 US would be the upper charge for 1-3 years.
The free webhost can help you do this too, if you want the service but I use http://www.Daily.co.uk and if you’re in America there’s Godaddy etc. Just do a search for domain name service providers.

I use VISTA and have been using this free hosting service

I would use the link below. My friend is a great photographer and uses this site to host his images for free. It is simple to build and make your website and then upload all your images into a gallery.

On this site there is an easy site builder which will allow you to create a great looking website with an absoloute minimal understanding of how building website works.
