best thing to do is do a search, there are tons of them out there. this is the one i use for webhosting tho –

There are not a lot of “good” webhosts with PHP and MySQL that are ad free or will be around for long.

Free, ad supported webhost that allows PHP and MySQL.
It doesn’t let you configure much, but it works. I used it regularly about five years ago when I started learning PHP and it’s a nice tool if you don’t want to pay for something you’ll only use a little.
And it’s been around for a while, so I wouldn’t expect it to go down anytime soon. However, I also wouldn’t rely on it for any major project or business site.
