Is there a place I can go and sign up with no monthly fees or trials or something like that to do web hosting for free with a free domain name and no credit card required?

I found no free top level domain. But found free .tk top level URL redirection service. Visit http://www.dot.tk . Open a free website hosting like http://www.netfirms.com and then redirect your URL from .tk . For example, I’ve a personal website http://www.shovon.netfirms.com . I hosted it free in http://www.netfirms.com . Then I redirect my URL in http://www.shovon.tk . If anyone visit http://www.shovon.tk then it will automatically redirect it to http://www.shovon.netfirms.com .

you can sign up with freeweb.com, geocities.com or myspace.com for free hosting but the domain name remains freeweb.com etc..Some sites offer free domain and registration for a minimum fee like 2.99 for one beginner’s site.
