I need help with Web site building! I have Yahoo hosting, but I want to find more templates???

I signed up with Yahoo to host my new web site, but I want to find a site that has templates to build it. I know Yahoo has some, but not really what I was looking for, and not the easiest to comprehend either. Does anyone know of a site that I can build my website then down load it to Yahoo, or does anyone know how to do that?

First, as a previous user of Yahoo Web Hosting I’d like to mention be careful using Yahoo’s SiteBuilder to design and construct your website (in case you were thinking of it). Once designed with their SiteBuilder you’re pretty much stuck with Yahoo forever because your website will only work with Yahoo.
To answer your question, go to http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com for some nice free templates.
Then, most webmasters use either Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage to edit and construct their website.
