   Honestly I don’t have any experience with yahoo small business web hosting. As I know any web host can support all websites created with any site building sotware. Anyway, I’ve used Bluehost to publish my website created with Webplus x4. This web host is compatible with Webplus and my website is online without any problem.

   Yes, they will host it without problem. The Webplus sites need no extra features in hosting.
